StreetViewMaps.City, Using WordPress, Launches Travel Website with 1.3 Million Cities
The new website, StreetViewMaps.City, for exploring the businesses and establishment locations of 1.3 million cities around the world has launched. StreetViewMaps.City is a worldwide geographical database website app with over 1,300,000 cities.
Los Angeles, CA, January 26, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The website, StreetViewMaps.City, developed on the WordPress platform has recently launched and is already being enjoyed by users.
The website integrates establishment locations recognized by Google Places API maps and applies an advanced level of details for each city location.
To start, just type in the city to find and explore, or select one from the worldwide directory built into the site.
Click and drag the map to start exploring, or getting to know other places nearby. While moving around the map, new matching points of interest will appear giving instant access to whatever type of establishment or business location is of interest.
The websites interface functionality also includes searchable locations if an existing location is already known, or one may enter an address to get more information about the area.
Clickable picture icons are displayed on the right sidebar of the screen for different categories of locations to explore, such as: airports, banks, bakeries, car rentals, doctors, fast food, gas stations, hair care, hotels, lodging, pizza, restaurants, shopping malls, spas, supermarket or grocery stores, train stations, travel agencies, embassies, parking, police stations, computer stores, fitness, places of worship, photos, playgrounds, and universities.
With StreetViewMaps.City, desktop or mobile internet users can enter a city and immediately begin exploring worldwide.
Users have many options, such as getting directions and seeing the surrounding street view areas, or clicking a link to visit local establishments or businesses.
The site has a slick, insightful design, and it’s noticeably fun and easy to use. Just click on a picture icon located on the right sidebar, and instantly see the same icons automatically appear on the map. Click an icon on the map and the selection may also appear in Google street view (where available).
