Bill Gabbard of the Gabbard Team is Awarded Realtor of the Year 2014

Cincinnati, OH, January 28, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Bill Gabbard of The Gabbard Team Keller Williams Realty has been named Realtor of the Year 2014. The annual award is given each year to a member of the Hamilton-Fairfield-Oxford Board of Realtors.

Qualifications for the prestigious award include board and community involvement, professionalism, integrity, designations, as well as national and state involvement. Award recipients are nominated by their peers and then reviewed and selected by a committee.

Bill has served on multiple Hamilton-Fairfield-Oxford Board of Realtors committees. He has been the Membership Services Chairman and the Entertainment Committee Chairman. He has served on the Board of Directors from 2010-2013. Bill has also served as President Elect and most recently as President of the Board in 2014.

Bill has also served on the Keller Williams Realty Associate Partners Agent Leadership Council (ALC) for four years and is extremely involved with the KW Cares program.

In 2013, Bill received the distinguished Keller Williams International Cultural Ambassador Award.
