Camp Bow Wow’s Cupids and Canine Event February 14th, 2015

West Seneca, NY, February 01, 2015 --(PR.com)-- With Valentine’s Day approaching and puppy love in the air, Camp Bow Wow® West Seneca will act as matchmaker for humans seeking their furry, four-pawed soul mates.

Camp Bow Wow® West Seneca is hosting their first annual Cupids & Canines celebration from 12pm to 3pm on Saturday, February 14th. They have partnered with local rescue groups who will have plenty of adoptable puppies and dogs on hand, as well as information on how to meet other worthy pups in need of good homes. This loving event doubles as an adopt-a-thon for dogs in need of forever homes and as a fundraiser for the attending rescue groups.

This event aims to raise awareness and funds for 7 local rescue groups: Buddy’s Second Chance Animal Rescue, Educate-A-Bull, Home Sweet Home Animal Rescue, Linkon’s Last Chance Animal Rescue, Sadie’s Safe Harbor Canine Rescue, and the Buffalo Animal Shelter.

“We love working with rescue groups and we are lucky enough to even foster some of the wonderful dogs throughout the year. We especially love our Cupids & Canines event and have held them in the past at our Tonawanda location and have had great success. This event is near and dear to my heart because I found my four-pawed soul mate from this event. It is a great feeling seeing these rescue groups in action and watching an adoption take place – it’s a feeling like no other knowing that a dog who needed a second chance got one and it’s because of groups like these that make it happen,” said District Manager, Lauren Dietterich.
