Dana Marlowe Named Enterprising Woman of the Year
Dana Marlowe, of Accessibility Partners was awarded by Enterprising Women Magazine as one of the Enterprising Women for 2015.
Washington, DC, January 29, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Dana Marlowe, of Accessibility Partners was awarded by Enterprising Women Magazine as one of the Enterprising Women for 2015. Women across the country, representing a wide array of businesses, were honored for their achievements by their peers as the finest women entrepreneurs in North America and around the globe.
The Enterprising Women award is widely considered one of the most prestigious recognition programs for women business owners. Nominees must demonstrate that they have fast-growth businesses, mentor or actively support other women in entrepreneurship, and stand out as leaders in their communities. Many of the honorees also serve as leaders in key organizations that support the growth of women's entrepreneurship.
Upon finding out she was a recipient, Dana said “I’m excited that Accessibility Partners would grow to such a size to recognize me as an Enterprising Woman. I work with a dedicated staff to help make technology accessibility for those with disabilities. This award motivates me to do more. The recognition is ultimately a reminder of what needs to be done for people with disabilities and their access to technology.”
Other Enterprising Women winners and those receiving Honorable Mention for the award will be recognized at a gala dinner held in her honor during the 13th Annual Enterprising Women of the Year Awards Celebration, held in March at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
