He has worked in a variety of industries that include mining services, chemicals, consumer products, lifts, animal health, gaming machines, pharmaceuticals and lubricants.

He also drove major strategic initiatives at a global level within his function. At Schindler he headed up IT, Engineering and Logistics. At Fort Dodge he led the Business Excellence program whilst being responsible for Logistics and the operations of the pharmaceutical range. At Merck he managed Purchasing, Inventory and Production Planning whilst significantly contributing to Class A accreditation and substantial growth, especially in exports.
Tony is Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and has been a speaker at various supply chain, logistics, industry and company conferences. He has an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Australia and has studied leading supply chain practices at the Stanford Graduate School of Business in the USA.
