The buyer was a private limited liability company managed by iStorage – a fast growing national owner/operator of self storage properties.

The property sold for $24 million on a “cash to new loan” basis. “We had a lot of interest in this property,” said Wally Slough, Managing General Partner for the seller, “but this buyer and broker were able to accommodate some complicated issues we had and structured a great transaction that really made sense for all of us.”
