John Nicholls Part of Record-Setting Barrett-Jackson 2015 Scottsdale Auction Team

Fredericksburg, VA, January 30, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Barrett-Jackson’s 2015 Scottsdale auction will record over $131 million in vehicles sales and $6.55 million in automobilia sale, making it the highest sales to date.

“This year’s Scottsdale auction was on a scale unlike anything in our 44-year history,” said Craig Jackson, chairman and CEO of Barrett-Jackson. “Everyone who attended this year’s Scottsdale auction was a part of automotive history.”

Conducting the auction of this historic event would require an unprecedented effort for Spanky Assiter, president of Assiter Auctioneers, the official auctioneer of Barrett-Jackson.

“I guess it’s fair to say this was the biggest management challenge of my life, especially with the high expectations for the sale of the world famous Ron Pratte collection of classic vehicles. But we pulled it off,” said Assiter.
