Dan Stevens, WNSC Head of Sport commented "The New Rugby Academy in partnership with Oswestry Rugby Club, is an outstanding opportunity for aspiring young rugby players to obtain an academic qualification whilst developing their technical, tactical, physical and psychological credentials in rugby. In a year when England host the World Cup in the Autumn there is no better time to use the arrival of top class rugby stars to inspire a fresh generation of talent.’ Dan added ‘Students will combine a specialised training programme and matches with their academic studies and I would strongly recommend anyone interested to apply via the College website or attend our upcoming open events on 7th February at the Walford Campus and 11th February at the Oswestry Campus."
