2015 Employee Voice Award™ Honorees Announced
Presented to Organizations for Excellence in Employee Engagement
Omaha, NE, January 30, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Quantum Workplace, an employee engagement survey company well known for its Best Places to Work contest, recognizes 10 organizations for excellence in employee engagement with the Employee Voice Award.
The Employee Voice Award (EVA) recognizes clients nationwide for their success in collecting, analyzing, and taking action on employee feedback. Quantum Workplace’s client recognition award is based on level of participation and employee engagement survey results. These honorees rose to the top with an impressive ability to implement engagement initiatives within their organizations.
The EVA recognizes small, medium, and large-sized organizations in two categories: Raising Engagement and Highest Level of Engagement. Clients must use Quantum Workplace’s 37 standard survey items and have 50 or more employees to be eligible. The following organizations are this year’s 2015 EVA recipients:

“Valuing employee voice is more than collecting feedback; it’s analyzing that feedback and acting on that feedback in a way that makes your organization a better place to work,” said Greg Harris, President and CEO of Quantum Workplace. “We are very excited to recognize these 10 organizations for their ongoing commitment to valuing their employees’ voices and making a difference in their workplaces.”
