SWACHA Announces 2015 Board of Directors
Martin Bell, Executive Vice President of Guaranty Bank & Trust Elected Chairman
Dallas, TX, February 01, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Dallas-based SWACHA, one of the largest not-for-profit regional electronic payment associations in the country, announced today its 2015 Board of Directors. SWACHA’s 17-member board is made up of representatives from its membership which includes nearly 1,000 financial institutions throughout Texas, New Mexico and Louisiana.
Martin Bell, executive vice president of Guaranty Bond Bank in Mount Pleasant, Texas succeeds Charlie Schuchardt, executive vice president of Frost Bank in San Antonio as Chairman of the Board.
Rhonda Kleinecke, chief financial officer of TDECU in Lake Jackson, Texas has been elected vice chair of the board, and Jeff Foote, director of operations and technology in San Antonio, Texas has been elected Secretary-Treasurer. Each officer will serve a one-year term.
Rene Avila, president – IBC service center of International Bank of Commerce in San Antonio, Texas, Gail Enda, senior vice president of American Airlines FCU in Fort Worth, Texas, and John Ory, senior vice president and chief operations officer of Community National Bank in Midland, Texas were elected to the board of directors.
