Mr. Schwartz is a partner in the Litigation Department at Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Mr. Schwartz’s practice primarily focuses on the areas of Intellectual Property Litigation and Counseling.
Mr. Schwartz focuses on complex patent litigation, in addition to the full range of trade secrets, trademark, copyright, licensing and intellectual property litigation. He has worked on patent litigation representing some of the world’s largest industrial, medical products and telecommunications companies.
