Who Will Wear the Crown? The Search for the Next Miss Black Pennsylvania USA Has Begun.

Philadelphia, PA, February 06, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The Miss Black Pennsylvania USA Organization is currently seeking female residents between the ages of 14-27 to compete for the Miss Black Pennsylvania USA and Miss Black Pennsylvania USA Talented Teen 2016 titles. Winners will go on to compete in the Miss Black USA 2016 Pageant.

The mission of the Miss Black USA Pageant is “to provide educational opportunities to outstanding young women of color and to develop the whole woman – mind, body, and spirit.” Founded in 1986, the Miss Black USA Pageant has provided winners with scholarship money, international travel opportunities, modeling contracts, and leadership development.

Ladies interested in competing must complete the application process and be selected as a local city/county titleholder. The Miss Black Pennsylvania USA Organization hopes to have Miss and Teen titleholders from every city/county in Pennsylvania.

The Miss Black Pennsylvania USA 2016 Scholarship Pageant is the official state preliminary competition for the Miss Black USA Scholarship Pageant. The state competition will take place in Philadelphia in Fall 2015. Applications are due by March 13, 2015.
