World's First Coin Vibration Motor Designed for Over Mold Applications

Whenzhou, China, February 07, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Jinlong Machinery has recently launched the C0827B022F, the world's first coin vibration motor that is designed to be over molded. Standard coin vibration motors cannot withstand the high pressures associated with the over mold process. This motor is designed to withstand molding pressures of up to 2 kg/cm2. Applications for these motors include wristbands for wearable products as well as any device that require haptic feedback or a silent alert feature.

The C0827B022F coin vibration motor is rated at 3.0 DC volts. Rated speed is 12,000 RPM (200 hz) and the typical current consumption is 69 ma.

Its supplied with wire leads measuring 10 mm in length. Custom lead lengths and a variety of connector options are also available.
