Irvine, CA, February 14, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Michell Evans will be awarded the prestigious honor of Groomer of the Year for her achievements in canine and animal training at this year’s Purina Pro Plan 60th Annual Show Dogs of the Year® Awards, presented by I-5 Publishing's Dogs in Review. Andis, an exclusive sponsor of the Groomer of the Year Award, presents the honor to Evans in recognition of her significant accomplishments in professional canine grooming. The Purina Pro Plan Show Dogs of the Year Awards are held in the highest esteem by the dog fancy community and represent the best of both dogs and industry professionals who have shown a consistency of success in the world of conformation.
“Being a professional dog groomer means you are part of a small, elite group of individuals who have answered a calling,” says Karen Formico, Vice President of marketing for Andis. “It takes a special person to accept this challenge and no shortage of hard work is required to make it to the top. We at Andis are happy that tonight’s honoree, Michell Evans, answered this challenge and are thrilled that Andis grooming tools bring life to her inspiration.”
