About Eric Gotting
Eric Gotting is a Partner in the Environmental and Litigation practice groups at Keller and Heckman LLP. His litigation experience includes rulemaking challenges, state and federal agency enforcement actions, and toxic tort lawsuits. He also counsels clients in a variety of regulatory matters, including Green Chemistry initiatives, nanotechnology, TSCA reform, and compliance with major federal and state environmental laws. Eric co-authored several amicus curiae briefs filed on behalf of various industry associations in the federal conflict minerals litigation, NAM, et al. v. SEC, and was involved in efforts to secure a decision from the SEC to exclude metal compounds from coverage under the agency’s conflict minerals rule. He also works with manufacturing clients on compliance with conflict minerals due diligence and reporting requirements. Eric is a former trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division, Environmental Torts Section.
