Pahlisch Home Development in the Works in Creswell Oregon, Home to the Emerald Valley Golf Club
Eugene, OR, February 18, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Stephanie Coats and Bryon Crosby, Keller Williams Realty brokers specializing in the Eugene and Springfield area, have signed a contract with Pahlisch Home Builders to list their new construction Creswell homes.
Pahlisch Homes is in the process of building a community in Creswell, Oregon called The Reserve at Emerald Valley right across the street from Emerald Valley Golf Club. Many homes are in the works and one is currently listed for sale.
Even though Creswell, Oregon is only home to about 5,000 people, Creswell is also home to the Emerald Valley Golf Club which is considered one of Oregon’s premier public golf courses. The Emerald Valley Golf Club became a golf club in the late 1960s after it was built on the site of a 160+ acre dairy farm located on the west bank of the Willamette River’s Coast Fork.
Emerald Valley Golf Club offers a variety of membership options including discounts for students, seniors, and players under the age of 17. It is most known for its pristine course conditions, well groomed greens, tree lined fairways and well placed sand traps. It was the first regulation length public golf course in the Eugene metropolitan area.
Creswell, Oregon is less than 14 miles from Eugene – it is about a 15 minute drive south on I-5.
According to its Chamber of Commerce, Creswell is known as one of the friendliest places in Oregon. The Welcome to Creswell sign on the town’s border even says “The Friendly Town.”
The Creswell School District, which includes Creslane Elementary, Creswell Middle School, and Creswell High School, serves the community, and the town is approximately 9 miles north of Cottage Grove which has a population of about 9,800 people.
As more and more attractions like The Emerald Valley Golf Club develop in smaller-population towns like Creswell, the more builders need to meet the residential needs of those golf-enthusiasts.
The Reserve at Emerald Valley is a quiet gated community, and the homes all have high end finishes and ample outdoor living space. Interested parties are welcome to schedule a tour of the fully furnished model home located in the community. The model home is open Thursday-Sunday, 12-4 pm. It is for sale for $459,950.
