The Average Face of a Hacker is Revealed by the Team at Secure Thoughts
The cybersecurity website Secure Thoughts created an animated GIF that morphs 50 of the most notorious hackers in the world into one person.
San Francisco, CA, February 18, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The team at Secure Thoughts (a cybersecurity news and information portal) has created "The Average Face of Hacking" by morphing 50 of the most notorious hackers in the world into one person.
The animated GIF (and resulting composite image) displayed on the site is comprised of known Anonymous members, core LulzSec members, the PayPal 14, legendary hackers such as Gary McKinnon and Kevin Mitnick, in addition to several notable women hackers.
The project was put together due to the increasing amount of "hacking" activity in the news, and since the identities and demographics of these hackers are rarely revealed. This project provides a snapshot of what these individuals look like, as often times they are hidden behind a computer screen.
