WNSC to Launch Business Incubator
Oswestry, United Kingdom, February 19, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Sarah Probert, the Business Curriculum Leader at Walford and North Shropshire College (WNSC), will be launching the new Business Incubator at WNSC. The main objectives of the Incubator are to foster and nurture young entrepreneurs and to expand on the spirit of enterprise societies throughout our community and the College.
The aims of the Business Incubator are to bring together project work undertaken with the National Association of College and University Entrepreneurs (NACUE), The Enterprise Programme, Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW), School for Start-ups, Rotary and the local business community, under the one umbrella.
Sarah commented "We are truly servicing the needs of our local community, offering our services to support business start-ups and youth enterprise. We continue to foster the next generation of start-ups and youth enterprises, whilst supporting the growth of our business community.’ She added ‘the beauty of business is that at its heart is opportunity, and this should always be accessible to all and a place where everyone is accepted. This is essential to our guiding principles. In the future, I see a legacy of sustainable enterprise societies fostering and nurturing the growth of enterprising spirit and future business start-ups for generations to come."
The launch of the Business Incubator will be held on Friday 27th February 2015, at WNSC’s Oswestry Campus from 11am until 1pm. Robert Bland, the High Sheriff of Shropshire, will be opening the event and Daniel Kawczinski, MP for Shrewsbury, and Mandy Thorn, Chair of the Shropshire Business Board and member of the Marches Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP), will be attending.
