Derrick Christy, President of Approved Mortgage Corporation and a large consortium of privately held companies, adds Louise Beltramini as Mortgage Underwriter, Kelsey Neidert as Mortgage Loan Officer, and Justin Hart as Marketing Director.

Mortgage Underwriter Louise Beltramini brings over 20 years of loan underwriting experience to Approved Mortgage Corporation. Beltramini recently came from Carrington Mortgage Services where she reviewed FHA, VA, and USDA loan requests as a Senior Underwriter Team Lead and had previously spent 7 years in Charlotte, North Carolina before returning to Indiana. The hiring of Beltramini strengthens the full lending services of Approved Mortgage Corporation and provides in-house underwriter services that make the entire mortgage process for the company’s clients more convenient. Beltramini’s years of experience in the mortgage business have made her a specialist in working with complex financial documents in order to determine creditworthiness.

Kelsey Neidert joins Approved Mortgage Corporation as a Mortgage Loan Officer after working for Texas based TXL Mortgage Corporation where she was an Assistant Loan Officer. Neidert is responsible for working with an array of clients in order to help them determine their loan needs and make home-ownership or refinancing a reality. As a specialist in presenting comprehensive financial options to the clients of Approved Mortgage Corporation, Neidert provides trusted lender services and mortgage consultation. A Texas A&M graduate, Neidert is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, active member of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors, and a license holder for the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions.

Prior to arriving to Approved Mortgage Corporation, Marketing Director Justin Hart spent the last 5 years with the 2014 Clark Cup Champions Indiana Ice as the Executive Vice President and was a nominee for the 2013-14 Executive of the Year award by the United States Hockey League. Hart brings over 10 years of marketing, sales, and management experience to Approved Mortgage Corporation where he is responsible for the brand and marketing strategies of the company. An Indiana University graduate, Hart also serves on the board as the Vice President of the Lyceum Project, and is a Consultation Committee Representative for the Indiana Kentucky Synod, Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
