About the conference:
Placing a series of new statutory duties and responsibilities on local authorities, the Care Act marks a radical overhaul in the delivery of care and support for vulnerable adults, redefining how information is shared and how partners are held accountable.

This conference brings together expert speakers to help clarify the legislative framework and share transferable learning on efficient information sharing and multi-agency working in order to minimise gaps in service provision.

Review the changes to safeguarding inspection procedures, enhance the role of Safeguarding Adults Boards (SABs) and increase housing representation on SABs in order to effectively prevent, identify and respond to safeguarding concerns in all settings.
