The Small Business Development Center ETSU – Kingsport Affiliate will host Acquire and Retain Customers with Smart Content Marketing on Tuesday, March 10, 9-11 AM, at your Kingsport Chamber of Commerce. The training is co-sponsored by the Kingsport Office of Small Business Development and Entrepreneurship (KOSBE), your Kingsport Chamber of Commerce, and Cumberland Marketing.
Kingsport, TN, February 25, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The Small Business Development Center ETSU – Kingsport Affiliate will host Acquire and Retain Customers with Smart Content Marketing on Tuesday, March 10, 9-11 AM, at your Kingsport Chamber of Commerce. The training is co-sponsored by the Kingsport Office of Small Business Development and Entrepreneurship (KOSBE), your Kingsport Chamber of Commerce, and Cumberland Marketing.
The training is open to small business owners and entrepreneurs interested in learning not only how to attract new customers through the use of smart content marketing, but also how to retain these customers.
This interactive training will be a combination of an educational session, workshop, and panel discussion. It will cover various topics, such as: content marketing strategies, database marketing, and digital strategies. The training is led by Chris Bowen, Founder and President of Cumberland Marketing, and Heath Guinn, Creative Director of Five Points Media.
“It’s one thing to find a new customer, but customer retention is imperative for a small business,” said Aundrea Wilcox, Executive Director of KOSBE. “Digital marketing and database marketing may seem intimidating, but fully understanding and implementing the concepts can do great things for your small business. I hope that small business owners and entrepreneurs will take advantage of this opportunity to hear two experts speak on the topic.”
Chris Bowen in the Founder and President of Cumberland Marketing, which has been in existence since 1987, as well as the Owner and Founder of the Eastman Gift Shop. Heath Guinn is the Creative Director for Five Points Media, a company that offers industry niche marketing strategies and new technology implementation.
