Local REALTORS® Prepare for a Deluge of Unfiltered Consumer Feedback at Hear It Direct
The REALTOR® Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach to host dynamic, one-of-a-kind event
Fort Myers, FL, February 25, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The REALTOR® Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach will host Hear it Direct, a one-of-a-kind program that delivers direct consumer insight to real estate professionals, on Wednesday, April 1 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Harborside Event Center in Fort Myers.
Why do consumers choose one broker over another? What do they value? What frustrates them? How do they perceive agents’ role in the industry? How does a Baby Boomer agent deal with a millennial buyer, and vice versa? At Hear it Direct, real estate professionals can expect to get inside the minds of buyers and sellers and get the unfiltered answers to these questions and much more—including things even seasoned real estate veterans never expected to hear.
According to Beate Jones, CEO of the REALTOR® Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, “Brokers will be blown away by the presentation and shell-shocked at what they hear from the panels.”
Attendees will hear directly from a Buyers’ panel and a sellers’ panel, with a variety of ages and price ranges represented. A special Gen Y panel will help bridge the gap between generations, with their particular attitudes regarding communication and technology. A question and answer session will follow each panel. Breakout sessions with then be held so attendees can process the sometimes shocking information that has been shared. The panelists are chosen by the producers of Hear it Direct based on their excellent communications skills and willingness to hold nothing back.
