Lowe's agreed to pay $9.5 million to establish a fund against which Lytle and other similarly situated individuals can file claims. The lawsuit alleged that Lowe's violated the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) by misclassifying its human resources managers as exempt from overtime pay requirements.

Mr. Feldman has been successfully representing clients since 1995. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida and Georgia as well as all Federal District Courts in Florida. He is also admitted to practice in the Northern District Court of Georgia and the United States 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
