New York, NY, February 28, 2015 --(PR.com)-- A free property community www.theiPropertycompany.com has attracted users via word of mouth in the USA and 20 other countries following a test marketing campaign in the UK and Spain. The free property portal allows property buyers, sellers, renters and builders to deal directly with each other, charges no fees and is ad free.

Following only limited test marketing the iProperty Company has attracted users who have listed property worth almost $4bn in the last six months. The company is free to use and excludes real estate agents. There are no limits to the number or properties, location or period of time for listings, provided the user is a private property owner, builder or landlord. Word has spread virally.

CEO John Candia launched a $3.8 m investment drive including the crowdfunding site www.seedrs.com which help spread the word to other countries. He said:

"We expected to develop a strong presence in the UK and Spain were we have run test marketing but were surprised that we attracted users in so many other countries so quickly. Both north and south America features in our future plans, but expansion looks set to happen faster than we thought. It's going viral. Partly due to the rapid increase in smart phone usage."

The iProperty Company generates income via data processing and referrals to carefully selected service providers, with a price promise for users. Extras are not currently available in the USA but homeowners can take advantage of the free portal to list properties for rent or sale and use the secure messaging service. iProperty is available on desktop, tablet and apps.
