Hytrol Conveyor Expects Growth in India with Integration Partner Bastian Solutions

Recently Bastian Solutions shared how it, along with Hytrol, there are significant new benefits from India’s Good and Service Tax (GST) tax structure by improving e-Commerce in the supply chain. The new whitepaper explains the recently ratified Goods and Service Tax represents the fundamental way in which e-Commerce businesses will operate in India.

GST will be levied on both goods and services, replacing most indirect taxes with a single tax. It has a dual structure — a Central component levied and collected by the Centre and a state component levied by states. While at the Central level (CGST), GST will subsume Central excise duty, service tax and additional customs duties; at the state level (SGST), it will include value-added tax, entertainment tax, luxury tax, lottery taxes and electricity duty. GST will be charged on each stage of value addition.
