New Stainless Steel Turbine Flow Meter/Flow Sensor Features Patented Measurement Technology to Deliver Outstanding Flow Sensing Capabilities
SS Turbine Flow Meter / Flow Sensor utilizes IR Reflected Digital Output Technology which accurately follows the fluctuation of flow in low flow and high pressure flow monitoring and totalizing applications.
Hudson, MA, March 11, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Clark Solutions introduces the SS Turbine Flow Meter / Flow Sensor. Featuring a unique and revolutionary Infrared Reflected Digital Output Technology, these flow meters/flow sensors provide highly accurate flow monitoring and totalizing for liquids in pressures up to 363PSI. The flow sensors are an excellent choice for both low flow applications and high pressure applications involving clear, opaque, neutral, corrosive, or aggressive liquids such as diesel fuel, chemicals, cleaning agents, and other petroleum-based liquids. Available in three tube diameters from 4.5 - 12.5 mm, with F.S. ranges from 0.06 – 40 l/min, SS Turbine Flow Meters feature 316 SS and PFA wetted parts.
In Infrared Reflected Digital Output Technology, fluid flows through a static worm causing the fluid to drive a frictionless rotor with reflectors mounted on the ends of the rotor vanes. The rotor spins in proportion to the fluid flow and an infrared sensor captures light reflections from the reflectors and therefore the relative flow rate of the fluid passing through the sensor. Onboard electronics then transfer that data to controlling or recording devices. Optional elements built into the circuit include a programmable K factor, flow switch, and a programmable batch feedback function for pump control. Optional External electronic packages include the Model 6100 digital to analog (4-20 mA) converter, the Model S601 solid batch and flow controller, and Model 6300 flow switch module for use with optional built-in flow switch and batch functions.
