The Parade of Homes, a keynote real estate event in the Orlando area, is scheduled for April 18-19th and 25-26th, 2015. ABD Development’s entries this year for the Spring Parade of Homes include the Providence community and within its gates: the custom built one story Courtyard model and the Newton model golf cottage in Sherbrook Springs. ABD has received numerous awards in the past several years’ competitions for community development and home building.
Orlando, FL, March 12, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Orlando area builders, real estate agents, and home buyers are preparing for the highly anticipated 2015 Spring Parade of Homes showcase and competition to be held the weekends of April 18-19th and 25-26th from 10 am - 6 pm, with entries all over Central Florida. The first weekend will be a tour of all homes entered in the Parade, and the second weekend will feature new homes only.
Providence, ABD Development’s gated golf community located southwest of Orlando in Davenport, was recognized with the Community Development Grand Award at the Parade of Homes for the past three years, as well as many other awards since 1993. The Parade of Homes is planned and organized by the Greater Orlando Builders Association and it gives an insider’s look at luxury neighborhoods such as Providence.
The Parade of Homes sheds the spotlight on new home design and construction in Orlando and has been doing so for over 50 years. It is an exciting event and an opportunity for those in the real estate development industry to showcase the best of the best. Along with a custom built one story Courtyard model, ABD will be presenting its Newton model, one of six new golf cottage models.
“We knew that a golf cottage in Sherbrook Springs would have to be entered in the Parade of Homes because these models have gotten so much attention even before we broke ground,” says Yuval Botansky, President of ABD Development. “Visitors to this model will not be disappointed. Also new to the Parade of Homes is our one story version of the multiple awarding winning Courtyard model.”
The new Courtyard model stands apart because of its expansive use of 3,539 square feet of living space in one story of beautiful design. This entry is located at 2310 Pinehurst Court in Heritage Green at Providence and is listed for $580,000. This very special custom built home has the trademark courtyard pool area with separate guest suite, as well as four bedrooms and three and one half baths in total.
The Newton model is also a one story masterpiece of design and construction, a cottage style home with golf course views and plenty of charm. Priced at $295,000, the Newton has three bedrooms and two baths, along with 1,978 square feet of perfectly planned living space. The Providence community is preparing to shine in April!
