Strike Upgrades Enterprise Tablet Holders for Samsung Galaxy Tab Active

Brisbane, Australia, March 14, 2015 --(PR.com)-- A new enterprise grade tablet hit the shelves worldwide after Samsung introduced their cutting edge product, Samsung Galaxy Tab Active. The newest addition to Samsung innovative products has been designed to address the demands and needs of the enterprise workforce.

In an aim to pioneer an evolution in enterprise mobility, Samsung has integrated its Knox’s security technology. The said enterprise platform promises to enhance manageability of mobile devices and business applications. The tablet has an IP67 certification which means it is completely dust-proof and can withstand drop and immersion up to 1 meter. The device is also 'intrinsically safe' making it perfect for mining, transport and medical verticals.

Being the forefront in car cradle technologies, Strike is the first to release a Strike Alpha Cradle for use with the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active. This new cradle from Strike is powered using a POGO connector for superior charging capabilities.

Ryan also mentioned that their electrical engineers have designed the DC/DC converter to OEM Automotive manufacturing standards to ensure the fastest charge, with voltage spike protection, and no Electromagnetic Interference (EMI). In addition, Strike has specifically developed a 3 amp 12/24v for pro-installation version and 2.4 amp for DIY version of Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Holder charger to ensure that mission critical applications never run out of power when using the car mount.

The Strike Alpha Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Holder can be mounted in cars, boats, trucks, vans, planes, helicopters, forklifts, agricultural equipment or even as a desktop or wall mount stand. The Galaxy Tab Active Holder is engineered to vibration and shock testing of MIL-STD 810 and SAE J1455 Impact Testing, with more region specific test testing to come.

Strike has embedded an NFC chip into the tablet holder which adds convenience to its users. Once the tablet is placed in the cradle, it automatically allows them to set up their preferences. Users may start their own enterprise specific application to be able to monitor important tasks or company GPS in tracking location of employees among others.

The tablet holder also has an optional lockable add on that locks the tablet in the cradle using a key. Strike also features an additional dedicated GPS passive antenna to the tablet holder which increases the accuracy location based applications.
