Dr. Harrington has an impressive academic background beginning with an early acceptance into medical school from an advanced undergraduate program at Muhlenberg College. She received a Doctorate of Medicine from Drexel University College of Medicine in 2005 after which she entered a 6-year integrated residency in plastic surgery at Loma Linda University Medical Center in California. Dr. Harrington served as Academic Chief Resident during her final year and also maintained a completely independent aesthetic clinic as an Aesthetic Resident Fellow.
Dr. Harrington relocated to the New Hampshire seacoast from Bangor, Maine where she practiced at Bangor Plastic and Hand for three years. Dr. Harrington has deep concern for breast reconstruction after cancer. She founded the Pink Runway Project in Bangor, which raised funds for BRA day and for local women with breast cancer. Dr. Harrington hopes to continue that passion in New Hampshire.
