An Exclusive First Look at the Building of the Rezvani Beast
Rezvani Motors is proud to give you a first-hand look at what went into building America's newest supercar, the Rezvani Beast. The 2 story Gantry machine begins to carve out the Rezvani Beast from CAD data.
Irvine, CA, March 17, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Rezvani Motors today is proud to give you a first-hand look at what went into building America’s newest supercar, Beast. Please visit Rezvani Motors YouTube Channel to view the exclusive video https://youtu.be/Qc2iLl2UO5A
At the halfway point of production, the foam model seen here began life as a large, single brick. The five-axis Gantry Milling Machine then carved out the proportions of Beast from their CAD data renderings to prepare for it for carbon fiber body work. The machine is within 1/10,000 inch accurate as the Beast supercar begins it's life.
After the molding of the plug is competed, it’s put through a number of aerodynamic tests to ensure that the Rezvani Beast keeps it’s streamlined form from the original concept.
The foam model of the Rezvani Beast then acts as a base for the carbon fiber bodywork. Each piece of carbon fiber will then be carefully crafted over the foam and molded to exact dimensions. This type of quality build ensures that no imperfections make it to the final production form.
Once the plug of the Rezvani Beast is complete, high quality carbon fiber moulds are made from this plug. The production Beast will have over 30 different body panels. The large number of molds ensures over 150 parts can be produced from the moulds. Rezvani Motors can ensure the highest quality carbon fiber to make the Rezvani Beast.
Once the carbon fiber work is completed, the production team can then focus efforts on headlight and taillight fitments, wheels and tires, and any further details that may need to be completed prior to final production. At that point, the Rezvani Beast will be ready to hit the road.
"We are very proud to reach this milestone," said Rezvani Motors Founder Ferris Rezvani
