Prosperity Plus Assists Coastal Document Products in Business Sale

Smithtown, NY, March 19, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Prosperity Plus Management Consulting, Inc. is pleased to announce that Coastal Business Products (CBP) was acquired by Modular Document Solutions (MDS).

Headquartered in Fort Walton Beach, FL, CBP is a copier/printer dealership focused on the Toshiba product line along with Riso and Kip for duplicators and wide format. Modular Document Solutions is a Sharp dealership that now covers all of Florida. Prosperity Plus represented Patrick May and Bruce Irvine of CBP throughout the transaction.

Patrick, Bruce and the Coastal team will remain with Modular to service the CBP customer base.
