State Central Bank Receives Award for Highest 12-Month CD Rate in Dubuque, Iowa

State Central Bank received the highest ranking among all banks and credit unions included in the U.S. Ranking Institute’s November 2007 Deposit Rate Survey (DRS) announced today. In addition to the Platinum Award, State Central Bank ranked highest in 4 out of 10 CD terms which State Central Bank offers in Dubuque, Iowa. State Central Bank also had a composite ranking among the top 10 percentile for all CD terms which State Central Bank offers in Dubuque, Iowa.

Qualification for the Platinum Award depends on several requirements. The bank or credit union must offer CD in at least half of the CD terms surveyed by the U.S. Ranking Institute. The bank or credit union must also have at least one branch location in the local market surveyed by the U.S. Banking Institute.
