AOK Records Signs LizzyG

Nashville, TN, March 27, 2015 --(PR.com)-- AOK Records, a division of AOK Promotion and Production is so very proud to announce the signing of LizzyG to a national recording contract, including radio support, public relations, and national digital and physical distribution.

AOK owner Adam Knight states, “We have enjoyed a relationship with LizzyG for some time now. God has blessed our endeavors and hundreds of thousands of people have been touched by her music. This is the next logical step. The role she fills in our company and the resources that the label makes available to her are a great fit. We are beyond tickled.”

LizzyG serves as the first female soloist signed to the label division. Her debut album for AOK is due has just completed production. An album release party is scheduled for April 20th in Nashville.

Few female artists are achieving what LizzyG is. Anointed and talented, she hails from Chicago, IL. LizzyG started playing the guitar and singing at the age of 6. She joined "The Voices of Praise" when she was 11 years old as guitarist, ultimately becoming the alto singer and Bass guitarist for the band. By age 18, she and The Voices of Praise from Chicago, IL won 1st place in the WYCA talent contest hosted by Southern Gospel Promoter Les Butler of WYCA Radio, from Griffith Indiana.

LizzyG has shared the stage with many famous Gospel Artist such as The Original Hinsons, The Lesters, The Paynes, The Spencers, The Singing Americans, Heaven Bound, and The Kingsmen.

In the Fall of 2014, the radio single “Another Touch” was released to Christian radio and aired on over 400 stations. The song has opened doors in the areas of television and personal appearances. The follow-up release, “American Heroes,” has brought a whole new audience. During the period around Veteran’s Day, the song was aired on Armed Forces radio. It has now been added to the patriotic format of Pandora radio.

Released in January 2015, the album, chock full of original songs, is “Kickin’ Up Dust.” Recorded at NGP Studios with Jeff Napier. She consistently remains in the top 10 artist slot for Chicago on the ReverbNation Charts, and has been nominated in the top 10 for Chicago Independent Artist of The Year Award! LizzyG is currently partnered with Mountaintop Praise and can be seen on Living Faith TV every 2nd & 4th Tuesday of each month at 1:30 p.m. CDT. LizzyG is exclusively represented by Adam & Angel Knight of AOK Promotion and Production, who promote her music to radio and booking venues nationwide.
