Toll Brothers Nears Completion of Trilby Road in Kechter Farm

New east-west road will alleviate traffic for Kechter Farm community, adjacent neighborhoods in Fort Collins.

Fort Collins, CO, April 02, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Toll Brothers is nearing completion on Trilby Road, which will then connect Ziegler and Timberline Roads in southeast Fort Collins. The new access road will alleviate traffic for residents of the Kechter Farm community being built by Toll Brothers and adjacent communities.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially open the road is being scheduled for April 17 at 11 .m. Toll Brothers plans to have a grand opening of the community clubhouse and model homes in late spring.

Many home sites in the initial release of The Estates at Kechter Farm have been sold since Toll Brothers opened for sales in November. “We’ve had a fantastic response to our homes and home sites,” says Mitch Weiner, sales manager. “Buyers realize the great value they are getting with our homes.”

Kechter Farm in Fort Collins is a master planned community of 415 home sites with picturesque mountain views, and is the only new construction master planned community in southeast Fort Collins.
