Program locations include: LIFE Armstrong, Kittaning, Pennsylvania and an expansion location of VieCare/Lutheran Senior LIFE, Aliquippa; Brandman Centers for Senior Care, Reseda, California; Franciscan Senior Health and Wellness, Indianapolis, Indiana; InnovaCares for Seniors, Fairfax, Virginia; LIFE PACE, Inc., Tulsa, Oklahoma; Senior CommUnity Care, Lansing, Michigan; and Valir PACE, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
