Parkwood Studios, a Brand New Photography Studio & Education Space
Phoenix, AZ, April 04, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Parkwood Studios, a brand new photography studio and education space in the Phoenix Photography District has opened its doors. Located at 2202 E. McDowell Rd, Parkwood Studios is the new home to the Photographers Adventure Club (PAC).
Photography can be a fun and relaxing hobby, or even a lucrative business – but learning the ropes doesn’t always come easy. Learning alongside friends makes it more fun, a lot easier, and according to the APA, greatly increases information retention.
Don’t know a group of upbeat friends who want to study photography with you? That’s just the problem that Nicholas Pappagallo Jr. set out to solve over 5 years ago when he formed a social group for beginning and intermediate photographers. Since then, PAC has grown to include over 35,000 members and is an active, vibrant, one-of-a-kind community of photographers all over the country.
Nicholas says; “The Phoenix Photography District is a growing, centralized concentration of professional photography product and service providers and I think it is a great place for Phoenix PAC members to network with one another, explore new methods and techniques for creating their artistic vision, while having fun and improving their skills.”
This is one of very few places in the valley where photographers of all levels can meet one another and enjoy a wide variety of social and educational events in one location.
The space will serve as host to a number of the club’s activities: hands-on photography workshops, affordable seminars, model shoots, Photoshop editing instruction, group meetings and more. The studio itself boasts 1000 sq feet of working space in a New York loft-style artist’s setting, and includes use of common areas such as a kitchen, large bathrooms and access to a beautiful garden courtyard. Parkwood Studios also houses the offices of Nicholas Pappagallo Photography, Cusi Taylor Photography, and Bailey, the WonderDog.
Basic PAC membership is free. For more information about Parkwood Studios or PAC, contact Nicholas
