A Sarasota Coldwell Banker real estate agent, Roger Pettingell, was presented with the highest award for a sales associate within NRT LLC, the Society of Excellence award, last week for the second consecutive year at an Honoring Excellence awards ceremony in Lakewood Ranch, Florida.

Over 150 local agents representing the Southwest Florida region of NRT LLC were invited and also received awards for their accomplishments in selling local commercial and residential real estate.
This is the second consecutive year Pettingell received the award, presented by Longboat Key office broker, Bob Stanley. NRT LLC is the largest residential real estate brokerage in the country.
