Visit VASTEC at Government Procurement Conference in Washington, April 15
Washington, DC, April 05, 2015 --(PR.com)-- VASTEC, a premier provider to Federal agencies of document scanning and digitization, records management, and Section 508 accessibility services invites you to meet with them at the 25th Government Procurement Conference in Washington, D.C. on April 15. This year VASTEC will be in booth 211.
The Government Procurement Conference is a national event fostering business partnerships among the Federal Government, its prime contractors, and small, minority, service-disabled veteran-owned businesses. The April 15 event will be at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center 9am-4pm.
"Since last year's conference demand for VASTEC's scanning services has grown sharply, and with the upcoming refresh in Section 508 guidelines from the Access Board we are also beginning to see new inquiries for our accessibility services," said Chris Jadick, VASTEC's VP of Communications. "We have also added records management capability, such as taxonomy training and consulting. Regardless of the need, we're committed to helping Federal agencies maximize information efficiencies."
VASTEC maintains a DoD Secret Facility Clearance, and operations are compliant with FISMA requirements that include Authorization to Operate (ATO). VASTEC can process sensitive and classified information at secure production facilities in Alexandria, Tampa, Dallas, and Houston, as well as onsite with Federally screened and cleared personnel.
Furthering VASTEC’s ability to effectively meet federal needs is its joint venture partnership with the U.S. Department of Commerce, National Technical Information Service (NTIS). VASTEC also has a wide range of contract vehicles available to clients, including GSA Schedule 36.
More information on VASTEC’s programs can be found on the company’s website, VASTEC.com. Questions and appointments to meet with a VASTEC representative can be arranged by contacting Chris Jadick at (813) 222-3204, or Chris.Jadick@vastec.com.
