Keith Grossman Presented His "Peace Chest Prelude"
Attorney and mediator discussed ways to improve conflict management and negotiation skills.
Fort Myers, FL, April 08, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Attorney and Mediator Keith Grossman, founder and managing partner of Grossman Law & Conflict Management, shared his presentation, “Peace Chest Prelude” on Thursday, March 26 at First Citizens Bank of Bonita Springs. The program was held to help business owners, managers and employees understand and develop skills to effectively prevent conflict and de-escalate existing conflict.
Attendees walked away with ideas on how to improve conflict management and negotiation skills through collaboration. Grossman said, “Collaboration is the gold standard in working out conflicts.” He also explained how negative energy surrounding conflict can be converted into a more positive, productive energy, providing the opportunity to improve outcomes for everyone involved. In this way, everyone walks away a winner and has more success.
Grossman says many people prepare for conflict by saving up money and resources to do battle. His philosophy is the concept of a “Peace Chest” as an alternative to a “War Chest.” “Developing a peace chest is a decision to focus on teamwork and problem solving,” said Grossman. “A strong peace chest promotes harmony, encourages self-empowerment and provides for healing.”
