EMLab P&K Expands MoldRANGE Local Climate Report for Mold Testing in Ohio, Washington and Oregon
EMLab P&K’s MoldRANGE Local Climate reports are now available to help mold testing professionals in Ohio, Washington and Oregon. The free mold lab report provides better insights for outdoor mold spore levels in the zip code where the mold testing took place.
San Bruno, CA, April 13, 2015 --(PR.com)-- EMLab P&K, a TestAmerica company and the leading commercial indoor air quality (IAQ) laboratory in North America, announced the release of the MoldRANGE Local Climate report for clients in Ohio, Washington and Oregon. The mold report provides better insights for outdoor mold spore levels based on the zip code where the mold testing took place. EMLab P&K is the only mold laboratory that offers scientifically developed tools like the MoldRANGE Local Climate report to help IAQ professionals with their mold investigations. The MoldRANGE Local Climate report is currently available for nine states across the United States including: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.
“We are excited to expand our patent-pending, zip code-based MoldRANGE Local Climate report to our clients in Ohio, Washington and Oregon,” said Dave Gallup, EMLab P&K’s General Manager and Co-Founder. “This report helps clients save time and money and make more informed decisions based on seasonal, climate, and geographical outdoor spore data. EMLab P&K continues to lead the IAQ industry with innovative solutions and superior client service.”
Prior to the MoldRANGE Local Climate report, the MoldRANGE Classic report provided data from an entire state. However, different zip codes in the same state can have their own unique range of outdoor mold spores due to differences in climate and outside spore distribution. Now through MoldRANGE Local Climate reports, EMLab P&K has further improved the outdoor mold spore data based on the specific zip code where the mold sample was taken. The report is now available for EMLab P&K’s clients who perform mold testing in Ohio, Washington and Oregon. The location’s zip code and an outside mold sample must be included with the project to receive the new report.
The MoldRANGE Local Climate report was developed by a team of experienced scientists and top IT experts, using the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) database of weather and geography combined with EMLab P&K’s proprietary database of outdoor spore trap samples with known zip codes. Local climate variables from NOAA include: Annual High Temperature, Elevation, Rainfall/Precipitation, and Monthly Temperature Range. MoldRANGE reference data for EMLab P&K’s clients in Ohio, Washington and Oregon will be more precise and useful by utilizing the zip code of the outdoor mold sample.
