The Care Act places a number of new duties on local authorities. This national Implementing the Care Act Conference is designed to help identify the critical priorities for local authorities and deliver changes in line with the Act.
This event provides guidance on upskilling the workforce to carry out assessments and encouraging early intervention. Learn how to ensure high quality care services are delivered through effective partnership working and promoting whole community involvement to ensure the need for care and support is reduced.
