Adinnovation Will Invest in Teneighty, Japan’s Digital Content Startup
Tokyo base Adinnovation Inc., has reached an agreement to invent to Teneighty Inc., This agreement will be to strengthen its marketing capability.
Tokyo, Japan, April 10, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Adinnovation Inc., today announced that it has reached an agreement with Teneighty Inc., that Adinnovaiton will underwrite the entirety of a third-party allotment of new shares to be conducted by Teneighty.
Teneighty is a venture company established in October 2014 with the purpose of promoting smartphone content distribution. With its development and operation knowledge specialized in smartphone contents, it has been dealing not only with contents developing companies in Japan, but also with companies all over the world, offering contents resourcing, localization and distribution for the Japanese market.
Adinnovation, by its forte of various promotion supporting services, will be offering marketing support to Teneighty.
Through this agreement, Adinnovation aims to provide information on its key target countries such as Russia and China, and strengthen its marketing capability based on its experience as one of a leading ad agencies in Japan.
