AKATI Consulting Forms Strategic Alliance with IMPACT
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, April 12, 2015 --(PR.com)-- AKATI Consulting signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the International Multilateral Partnership Against Cyber Threats (IMPACT) today. AKATI Consulting entered to this agreement with the objective of establishing a strategic alliance which will enable diversification of its services.
The newly formed alliance between AKATI and IMPACT aims to improve capacity building while exploring avenues to develop individuals and methods to battle against cybercrime.
AKATI Consulting, through its Alpha Computer Emergency Response Team (ACERT), will be able to contribute more towards eradicating computer crime in private and public organisations. Having the required knowledge, capacity and skills to be proactive and to set standards for client organisations, ACERT particularly focuses on the protection of organisations that are a critical part of the national infrastructure, such as banks, mobile operators and power generation and distribution firms.
IMPACT believes that maintaining successful collaborations is essential to make use of global expertise and assist countries to develop cyber-security capabilities and resilience.
