Zyas.com Launches Web Directory with a Twist

The web directory industry has been on rocky ground for the past year, but a new start-up named Zyas has effectively raised some eyebrows and changed a few minds.

New York, NY, November 23, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Zyas.com announced today that they have launched a unique on-line web directory service. By creating promotional videos for every new listing and then adding those videos to YouTube, Zyas has breathed fresh air into a dying industry.

For the past year skeptics have been predicting the death of Internet directories, but Zyas owner Marius Popa seems to have proved them all wrong.

“Just like any other industry, you have to think outside of the box and evolve if you want to survive. The idea to offer promotional videos with each directory listing is something that nobody has ever done,” said Popa. “We've already received a ton of great feedback from our users. Nobody's ever seen a directory like this before. Everyone seems to be pleasantly surprised.”

Zyas has also gone the extra mile when it comes to site features. By creating a game called “Lucky Number 7” they've given people a chance to win a free directory listing. . .and that's just one of the unusual twists that makes Zyas.com so unique.

“We're not done yet,” said Popa, “We still have a lot of new tricks up our sleeves. This is just the beginning.”
