Sioux Falls, SD, April 18, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Two more banks, First National Bank (Slayton, Minnesota), and First National Bank (Davenport, Iowa), now offer the BlazePaysSM Visa® Prepaid Cards powered by Capital Prepaid Services.
