Edward joined Nourmand & Associates in Beverly Hills after 14 successful years at Coldwell Banker’s #1 office in the world, their Beverly Hills North office. The opportunity to become part of and work within a privately owned boutique brokerage with the respect and cache of the Nourmand name was the logical next step to round out his extensive real estate and business background. About 80% of Edward’s clients are referrals; and remain extremely loyal because he offers a high level of service and advocacy that few agents can deliver. Having said that, he is eager to create new relationships with clients that are serious about buying or selling a home.
Although raised in Philadelphia and New York, Edward has lived and jogged about for 37 years in his adopted neighborhood of Brentwood. He graduated from Arizona State University where he received a degree in Broadcasting and Theater, and still kept interests alive as a founding member of the Edgemar Center for the Arts in Santa Monica.
Prior to selling real estate, Edward worked in Broadcast Sales Management for 20 years, most recently as Director of Sales for FOX/Television KTTV where he was responsible for supervising a staff of sixty until September of 2000. This management experience provided the tools to be a good problem solver and figure out creative solutions that may arise during a transaction.
Edward always protects and advocates for his clients which means serving their interests above the deal. He has earned the trust of his clients over the years, which has led to selling several “double digit” million dollar homes, but still covers the entire pricing spectrum.
The majority of Edward’s business spans from the Hollywood Hills, Sunset Strip, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills, Westwood, Brentwood, the Palisades, Santa Monica, and over the hill to Encino and Sherman Oaks.
