CWC Income Properties 3, LLC Announces $5.4M Purchase of Office Building in Carmel Valley/Del Mar
Private equity fund invests in commercial property located on El Camino Real.
San Diego, CA, April 21, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Christopher Weil & Company, Inc., a financial services firm, and it's affiliate CWC Asset Advisors, Inc. today announced that CWC Income Properties 3, LLC, a private equity fund, has purchased a commercial building in Carmel Valley/Del Mar for a total purchase price of $5.4 million.
CWC Asset Advisors, Inc. is the Managing Member of CWC Income Properties 3, LLC. The newly acquired office building is two stories and totals an estimated 13,914 square feet. Christopher Weil & Company Inc. (“CWC”) will occupy approximately 50% of the rentable square footage.
