SeamlessGov Releases New “Form Center” to Centralize All Municipal Forms
SeamlessGov announces the release of its Form Center which allows governments to make their PDFs paperless, mobile-optimized, and centralized into one place.
New York, NY, April 22, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Just this week, SeamlessGov’s Development Team announced the release of the “Form Center” which provides client municipalities with a centralized location for their citizens to access all municipal government forms. In addition to centralization, the Form Center allows SeamlessGov customers to personalize their Form Center landing page to suit their specific tastes and needs. Details such as the town’s official seal and private label URLs provide a familiar and secure environment for users.
From the perspective of IT Managers, SeamlessGov’s Form Center provides a simple and intuitive user interface through which they can simply open a PDF form and, through a “publish now” function, have the form live on the town’s Form Center in seconds. This will be much easier than current practices that call for the IT Manager to embed a government form’s link into their site.
When asked what the release of SeamlessGov’s new Form Center means for its current and future customers, Jonathon Ende, CEO, replied that “The Form Center is the next logical step in the domination of our platform. First, SeamlessGov fixed the issue of paper PDFs and all the inefficiencies related to them. Now, we have fixed the issue of having links to forms dispersed all over various government web pages. This provides a one-stop shop for all forms in use by a town. It’s good for the provider as well as the user.”
SeamlessGov has recently been on a roll across the United States, signing up progressive municipalities by the day. Features such as attached payment which allows for governments to integrate with services such as Authorize.Net, Clerksworks, Xpress Bill Pay, Braintree, and Stripe as well as a new “Ask a Question” feature which allows users to ask for clarification on specific fields within a form have shown a commitment to customer needs and point to ongoing innovation.
All SeamlessGov forms are mobile and tablet friendly as well as PCI compliant. Additionally, the forms are accessed over a bank-level secure channel with 256 Advanced Encryption Standard.
