The Confidence Factor for Women is Back in Charlotte, NC for 2015

New York, NY, April 22, 2015 --(PR.com)-- International business consultant and expert, Carol Sankar, will be hosting the second Confidence Factor for Women in Leadership Symposium in Charlotte, NC on May 29, 2015. This is an exclusive group of highly accomplished women who are ready to elevate their level of mastery and create collaborative opportunities for expansion.

Mrs. Sankar's signature presentation is a 3+ year study of 100 women in leadership in business and the role confidence plays for women to excel. Carol created this study after years of finding an absence of women in high level leadership and business/entrepreneurial positions. The Confidence Factor for Women has been presented on numerous international platforms, including TEDx and The Affiliate Summit. "I realized that women held on to their fears and limitations which allowed them to be less likely to raise their hand to lead authentically," said Carol. The Confidence Factor for Women in Leadership Symposium is a roundtable discussion by invitation only held in Charlotte, NC.
