Philadelphia, PA, April 23, 2015 --(PR.com)-- First Charitable Organization in Philadelphia Dedicated to Older Adults Expands.

Ralston My Way is a nonprofit, Pennsylvania Department of Health licensed, homecare agency providing services for adults 55+ such as meal preparation, bathing, dressing, housekeeping, laundry, rides to appointments, grocery shopping, errands, household repairs, yard work, and much more.
Ralston My Way is part of Ralston Center, an organization that has been dedicated to serving aging adults since 1817.
"We have a deep history caring for older Philadelphians," said Joseph Lukach, CEO of Ralston Center, "and our focus today is on serving aging individuals in ways that allow them to stay in their homes and communities. Our mission is to improve the health and quality of life of older adults and we are exploring and developing new programs to support that mission."
"We like to say we are the neighbor that takes care of everything," said Eric Wilden, Ralston My Way's Executive Director. "We know that as people age, they need someone to rely on. We are doers and problem solvers and work to provide what our community members need when they need it. We provide services and develop relationships with those we serve. When you call us for home care services, we schedule an in-person visit from a licensed social worker to assess your needs. This allows you to get to know us and allows us to learn about you so we can match you with the right people on our team."
All of Ralston My Way's caregivers are employees who have been thoroughly screened through a process that includes reference and background checks, a drug screen, and competency exams.
